Contact Us For Dirt Track Racing Events And Track Inquiries
Got a question about race night, want to bring a car out, or thinking about partnering with us? We read every message that comes in, and we'd rather hear from you too early than not at all.
Rolling Wheels Raceway runs on a simple idea: the people in the stands and the crews in the pits are part of the same crowd. So when you reach out, you're not filing a ticket into some void. You're talking to people who love this sport as much as you do.
Below you'll find where to send what. Pick the right inbox and you'll get a faster, sharper answer.
Connect With Our Dirt Track Racing Team
Most folks reach out about the same handful of things: when's the next race, can my kid try a junior class, is the track open after rain. All of that is fair game, and none of it is too small to ask.
A few pointers before you hit send:
- Checking dates? Glance at the Events Schedule first. It's usually faster than waiting on a reply.
- Want to know who won last weekend? The Race Results page posts standings shortly after each meet.
- Curious which divisions run here? The Racing Series breakdown covers every class on the card.
If your question isn't covered there, write us. General inquiries usually get a response within about two business days, sometimes the same day during a quiet week.
Reach Out to Our Track Director
For anything that needs a real decision — driver complaints, scheduling conflicts, sponsorship of a specific event, facility questions, go straight to the top.
Marcus Reed handles track operations and answers the bigger questions personally. He's been around dirt long enough to give you a straight answer instead of a runaround.
A note on timing: Marcus is trackside most weekends, so messages sent Friday through Sunday tend to land Monday. Weekday emails move quicker.
When you write him, lead with the specifics. "I want to run the Late Model class and need to know about car eligibility" gets a useful reply. "I have a question" gets a request for more details and loses you a day.
Media Credentials and Partnership Opportunities
We work with photographers, local outlets, and brands that want a foot in the dirt-racing world. Different requests, different prep.
Press and media
Shooting an event or covering a feature? Email Marcus with your outlet, the date you want access, and what you're planning to produce. Credentials for infield and pit access are limited per night, so the earlier you ask, the better your odds.
Partnerships and sponsorship
We host businesses ranging from a single-night banner to season-long programs. Tell us your goal and your rough budget range and we'll match you to something that actually fits — no canned packages forced on you.
Want background on the venue before you pitch? The About Rolling Wheels Raceway page covers our history and audience.
Inquiry Guidelines and Quick Answers
A little structure on your end saves everyone time. Here's how to get a clean answer fast.
What helps us help you
- Name the event or date if your question is about a specific race.
- Say which class or division you're asking about.
- Keep it to one topic per email — separate questions get separate, clearer replies.
Common things people ask
- Is racing on if it rained? Watch the News feed; rain calls post there first.
- How do I enter as a driver? Check the Track Info details, then email Marcus with your class.
- Where are tickets and gate times? Listed alongside each event on the schedule.
One honest caveat: we're a working dirt track, not a call center, so reply speed shifts with the racing calendar. During the busy summer stretch, give us an extra day before nudging.
Before reaching out, you may want a look at our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Otherwise, drop us a line. We'll see you at the track.
