As he led all 25 laps in the STP Shootout at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park in Elbridge, N.Y. to claim his 8th victory on the season. Since the Outlaws left Deer Creek Speedway on Saturday, September 17, Meyers and his Elite Racing team haven’t finished lower than 3rd. |
