DIRTcar Stars and Stripes 100 FAQ’s

 

Question: What is the DIRTcar Stars and Stripes 100?

  • Rolling Wheels Raceway Park will showcase the Super DIRTcar Series best DIRTcar Big-Block Modified drivers in addition to the Mr. DIRTcar Sportsman Series, DIRTcar Stock Cars. In all, more than 100 different race teams are expected in one exciting night which not only includes great racing, but a late-summer classic of celebration for DIRTcar fans across the Northeast.

 

Question: When and where will the Stars and Stripes 100 take place?

  • Sunday, September 1st at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park. 

 

Question: How much are advance tickets to the race?

  • General Admission seats are $25 for Adults and $10 for Students (10-17 yrs. old) and Children 9 and under are FREE!

 

Question: Really? Children (9 and under) are FREE to see the Super DIRTcar Series?

  • Yes! We believe in making this an event for the whole family and want to make it easy for children to experience the Super DIRTcar Series. Therefore, we have extended a special offer of a FREE general admission ticket for children (9 and under) to this great event.

 

Question: How do I get tickets to the event?

 

Question: Can I buy my ticket the day of show?

  • Yes! Tickets will be sold day of show.

 

Question: Where do I pick up my Will Call (pre-ordered) tickets?

  • Will Call will be available at the track ticket office on Sunday, September 1st beginning at 2 p.m.

 

Question: How can I get in the Pits?

  • Purchase grandstand tickets in advance and receive a FREE Fan Pit Pass.

 

Question: How much are pit passes if I won’t be going in the grandstands?

  • Pit passes are $25 for DIRTcar Members and $35 for non-members. Please note that pit passes do not guarantee a seat in the grandstand.

 

Question: Can I purchase pit passes in advance?

  • Eligibility for the valuable insurance benefits and money-saving discounts offered to DIRTcar Members are verified in person therefore competitor pit passes are sold day of show only. Pit passes must be purchased in person at the Pit Shack located outside of the main entrance to the pit area. Once there, you will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability and will be issued a wristband.

 

Question: What is the age limit for the pit area?

  • There is not an age limit for this event. Minors aged 17 and younger must submit a fully-executed minor “Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability.” This included the minor’s signature. These will be available at the Pit Shack.

 

Question: Will I be able to upgrade my ticket to include a pit pass?

  • Yes. Pit pass upgrades will be available. Cost is contingent upon the price of your grandstand ticket and the difference in the price of a pit pass.

 

Question: Is there Camping available at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

  • Reserved and General Camping is available. Reserved Camping will be sold for $25. General Camping is FREE.

Question: What if I want VIP Access at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

  • VIP Tower Passes are available including food/refreshments, roof access and pit pass. For more information call Jeff Hachmann at 315.834.6606.

 

Question: Does a Big-Block Modified driver have to be a DIRTcar Member to race?

  • Yes, a Modified driver must be a member, but if a driver does not have a full DIRTcar membership, driver may purchase a single event license for $25 with the handicapper.

 

 

Question: What is the schedule of events?  

  • 4 pm – Pit Gate opens at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park
  • 5 pm – Grandstand Gate opens at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park
  • 7:30pm – Racing Action Begins

 

 

Question: How do I get to Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

From the North

  • Take 81 South
  • Exit RT. 298/Bear Street towards Interstate 690
  • Take Right on Rt. 298/Bear St.
  • Merge onto I-690 West
  • Merge onto RT. 695 South towards Rt. 5/Auburn
  • Merge onto Rt. 5 towards Auburn
  • Follow Rt. 5 roughly eight (8) miles and Rolling Wheels Raceway Park will be on your left

From the South

  • Take 81 North
  • Merge onto I-690 West
  • Merge onto Rt. 695 South towards Rt. 5/Auburn
  • Merge onto Rt. 5 towards Auburn
  • Follow Ft. 5 roughly eight (8) miles and Rolling Wheels Raceway Park will be on your left

From the East

  • Take the New York State Thruway (I-90)
  • Merge onto Interstate 81 South
  • Exit Rt. 298/Bear Street towards Interstate 690
  • Take Right on Rt. 298/Bear St.
  • Merge onto I-690 West
  • Merge onto Rt. 695 South towards Rt. 5/Auburn
  • Merge onto Rt. 5 towards Auburn
  • Follow Rt. 5 roughly eight (8) miles and Rolling Wheels Raceway Park will be on your left

From the West

  • Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) to Exit 40
  • Take a right in Rt. 34 and follow to Auburn
  • Take a left on Rt. 5
  • Follow Rt. 5 to Rolling Wheels Raceway Park located on the right

 

Question: Where do I park at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

  • FREE Parking is located right just inside the main entrance at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park. VIP Parking is available for $25 just outside of turns one and two.

 

Question: Is there handicap parking at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

  • Yes, handicap parking spots are located directly in front of the main ticket building located outside of the grandstand gate in front of the track.

 

Question: Where can I buy souvenirs at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park?

  • DIRTcar Racing/Stars and Stripes 100 and other driver/sponsor apparel trailers will be located on the back side of the Main Grandstand area.

 

Question: Who do I call if I have not received my tickets yet?

  • All tickets have been mailed unless you have requested they be held at “Will Call” window. New orders are processed daily. If you have not received your purchase, please call the World Racing Group’s main office, located in Concord, NC, at (877)395-8606. In order for us to help you as efficiently and quickly as possible, please have the following information available: account or order number; email address (if purchased online); payment information; seat selection. We will get your question(s) answered as soon as possible to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction as a valued supporter of dirt racing is our first priority.

 

Question: Is the event broadcast online, radio or TV?

  • The events will be available online via DIRT Radio Network which is available at www.DIRTVision.com. Registration is free and the audio broadcast is always free.
