Weedsport, NY – October 2, 2009 – From Tom Skibinski, DIRTcar Racing Northeast PR Director

A familiar name and logo will be highly prominent when the 38th annual 200-lap Super DIRTcar Series race at the New York State Fairgrounds takes center stage as Rite Aid continues its association with the richest DIRTcar Big-Block Modified event in the nation.

Super DIRT Week XXXVIII ticket holders will be able to get up close and personal with the racers as part of  the Sunday, October 11 pre-race activities for the Rite Aid 200 Presented By Ferris & Snapper Mowers. Any Super DIRT Week Sunday ticket holder will be able to walk down pit row just by presenting a Rite Aid receipt!

“Rite Aid’s sponsorship of the pre-race fan walk at Super DIRT Week has been one of the most popular parts of the week since they started it,” said DIRTcar Racing Northeast Director Cory Reed. “This year Rite Aid wanted to come up with a way to open it up to as many fans as possible and we think they succeeded!”

Ticket holders at the Rite Aid 200 Presented By Ferris & Snapper Mowers Modified Championship Race will be invited to present their Rite Aid  receipt  at the infield tunnel gate from 12:45pm until the start of pre-race ceremonies.

Pre-race pit row entry is subject to all DIRTcar regulations, including agreement and signature of the Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to entering Pit Row.
